POME privacy policy
POME keeps your pomes on your device, and that is the whole story. Petrichor Studio collects nothing: no personal data, no analytics, no account, and the app has no servers of its own.
- Your pomes live on your device, in POME's own container, which only its Messages extension shares; a Quick Look preview reads only the file you tapped. A pome leaves the device only when you pass it: inside a POME bubble in Messages, or as a file through Messages, AirDrop, Mail or another app you choose. Once it has gone it is off your desk, the app keeps no record of who received it, and no copy stays behind.
- Pomes sent to you stay on your device until you delete them. A deleted pome stays deleted: the app remembers its identifier, on your device only, so the same bubble or file will not bring it back.
- Deleting the app deletes every pome, draft and template in it.
- Nothing is collected. No identifiers, no usage data, no contacts, no location. The app makes no network requests of its own.
- Apple's services. Messages, AirDrop and Mail are Apple's, under Apple's privacy policy.
